Bengals @ Browns Game Thread

The Browns placed tight end David Njoku on injured reserve for at least the next three games with the injury suffered during Sunday’s 38-6 loss to the Ravens.

Njoku was one of the lone offensive bright spots of the game, catching a 1-yard touchdown pass and another big 28-yarder over the middle. Overall, he caught all three of his targets for 50 yards. With Njoku out, fourth-round pick Harrison Bryant will serve as the second tight end behind Austin Hooper.

Can't afford to lose Mike Daniels if Geno is still out.

He was was DNP and limited before Sunday's game, so hoping this is simply rest for him. Really, he doesn't need to put on pads again until Thursday night.

All things considered I don’t think many people (media or fans) expected the Bengals to be a postseason threat this year. On the other hand, Cleveland was virtually crowned Super Bowl champ before last season (lol) and are still widely viewed as some kind of underachiever. So yeah, I can see how it’s a must win for them in the eyes of the media. They’re supposed to be good, darn it! The Bengals, not so much.
