I heard KC was interested in him and nearing a deal. The question should be is Scooter gone or staying ?? I think he stays but they are listening to offers. There is talk of a trade with the Dodgers as well. I would be elated to see them trade away Homer. Talk about giving money to the wrong guy. They also have spoken to the Marlins about All Star catcher, Realmuto. This is the most intriguing offseason I can remember in forever. ArmyBengal Posted December 14, 2018 Report Share Posted December 14, 2018 The talk with the Dodgers centered around Puig and pitcher Alex Wood if I recall, but the Reds weren't willing to include Senzel, but were willing to include Homer. That talk has pretty much died down. It will be interesting to see what else comes of it, but it's been said the Reds are sort of photo bombing free agent talks. Not really interested, but drumming up interest by jumping into the picture unannounced. I can't even say that it bothers me if that's the case, because it's at least intriguing.
