At least the NFC East can still compete in one facet of the NFL - determining who has the craziest, most idiotic, owner in the league. Skins can get out of it after year 2. But it's a dumb contract, period. He was a good piece amongst a good defensive team and system. He's a good bargain in the first year at 8 mil a year (cap hit). He's not going to be worth the 20 mil and 17 mil of cap room he takes up in years 2 and 3. I guess you can look at it like he takes up 28 mil in cap room combined the first two seasons so it's 14 mil a year in cap room, I guess. 3rd years he's cut or renegotiated.
