Offseason Reminiscing

Well... I broke my arm last week and had ORIF surgery two days ago. I'm coked up on pain meds. I found a great link and started watching old Paul Brown/Forest Gregg teams playing the Browns.

This was a great game here on Dec 21, 1980

Our offense looked very similar to today's.

And Ross Browner and Eddie Edwards on the defensive line!

it's also the Pat Macinally knock out game.

Munoz was a rookie that year.

Thanks for the share GC ....a good way to wile down the offseason whilst we await games! Hope you ain't suffering too much and that the surgery turns out to be a total success thumbsup3.gif

Thanks guys I appreciate it. If you all want to look up more games, search for the game date and year under Steve Lyons on YouTube.

I've watched a lot of the transition from late 70s to 80s. One thing I think today's team needs is Eifert or Kroft to be more like Dan Ross, and another is an LB to play like Reggie Williams did.
