So they're spending on the future now by not spending on the present, which is the future. Like its a big riddle, running an NFL team, akin to bringing resolutions of peace to as wartorn geography. Why can't he simply say it straight. IMHO, it's because I think he may still sign on the line that is dotted but he's on behind the wheel on most things anymore.
