His skills are declining, and the part about him being a known rapist probably has an effect that Ben and his ten percenter underestimate. In my opinion there are a bunch of owners that just do not want due to the old FORCIBLE RAPE thing. NFL owners will likely be more successful at repelling Ben than that drunk girl in Georgia was.
