He's looked like a million dollars in the preseason games but is he really an answer at QB in the NFL? At 5'10 and 5/8" he's above Doug Flutie (5'10") but below Fran Tarkenton (6'0"). He's also a 3rd rd pick rookie starting the opener. I'm skeptical that sub 6' QBs can make it in the NFL. Will he stay healthy and can he see over the line to see downfield? HoosierCat Posted August 27, 2012 Report Share Posted August 27, 2012 I have to say I haven't been paying attention to Seattle wither, so when I saw the news my first reaction was, "who the %^$# is Russell Wilson?"I could see him having some success. Pass defense has been mediocre in the NFC West. The 9ers ranked 16th last year, the Cards 17th and while the Rams ranked 7th, that had a lot to do with their almost-dead-last run D.
