Chili sauce is not supposed to be sweet and have a vinegary after taste. Guess I just dont get the taste being from the northern part of the state. Like I said before chili should not be sweet and have a vinegary after taste. If you want good chili, you should try some of the roadside joints down south. They know how to make chili.
