I didnt celebrate until the refs raised their hands.He almost missed it.Special Teams this year has to be the worst ever. They almost single handedly lost the game yesterday. It was a lot closer than it should have been. Am I the only one that wonders what element of the special teams is going to choke every time a clutch kick is needed? He could still do it, but there would be a LOT MORE anxiety than there would have been in the past and that's not entirely his fault... I don't know if you are saying that because Cribbs was killing us on returns, but Huber was destroying the ball. He was kicking over 50 yards in the air and most went over 60 yards. Me and my buddy were sitting their watching in amazement at the boom he had in his legs. He didn't get to many inside the 20, but that has to do more with Carson and the offense not doing anything than him. Huber is savage and he is a huge boost for this team. You can't discount the relief to a defense when you see a guy switching the field position like that as opposed to floppy leg Larsons. His average was 45.1 with a long kick of 57.While he had a great game and I really love having him as a weapon on this team, none went over 60 and even his 57 yarder was aided by the roll.That being said, I am loving Huber as the punter of this team !!! IMO he has a case of the goo and it is not entirely his fault. Contributing factors are an inconsistent Long Snapper, holder changes and attempts to increase his kickoff distance. I think the kick goes higher than it appears and actually 'over the posts' as it were. So the only way to be truly sure, more so with a kick that is so close to one of the uprights, that it went through was to be one of the zebras under the posts.Or all that could be horribly wrong.
