I'd love to see Dede brake for some of those flashy runs durring the regular season but isn't that why Scott is making the roster? for the big play ability? Because with our putrid pass protection, you could make a case that we need the possibility of a 3rd down back who can run, catch, but most importantly pick up blitzes. That could be a difference maker.I do love watching DeDe break long runs, though. I do believe in the end our GM goes with Dorsey, because he's been here. You're *so* 1992. The run and shoot is like, sooooo out. Run-N-Shoot was where you had a QB in the shotgun, 5 WR, and no TE. See, this is the *spread* offense. That's where you have a QB in the shotgun, 5 WR, and no TE. Totally different. In all seriousness, teams have been making that same mistake since the early 90s when Ware and Klingler busted. First time around, you can forgive teams for drooling over a guy with 70 TD in a year. And it's not about J. Palmer since he's not a top pick.
