You have to get a TD inside the 5 against this team and not settle for FG's that close. Poor play call and/or decision by Palmer (he was pressured as usual). TJJackson Posted September 21, 2008 Report Share Posted September 21, 2008 I know I predicted a shutout, and I know I am very down on the Bengals chances this year, and I know the defense just gave up a TDThat said.....I like a lot of what I am seeing today on defense. 1) good, sure tackling for the most part so far. Haven't seen that in a while2) not only, that, several of the tackles have also been punishing hits on the Giant receiver/ballcarrier. Niiiiiice.3) Several of the interference penalties on us that kept the Giant's TD drive alive were simply poor calls, like Plaxico simply running into David Jones and Jones being penalized.and4) special teams seems pretty solid so far Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
