rwalling Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 Forget who I plagarized this from:Johnson will receive ... a $250,000 workout bonus...I think this means that if the ever more ego-centric Ocho Cinco simply showed up, ignored his coach and owner, caught a few balls from Carson (who he apparently has no gripe with), and went home he'd gross an extra $250,000!To be clear, which do you think would upset Mike Brown more: 1) CJ staying away and MB putting the $250K back in his pocket, or 2) CJ showing up creating a TO-esque circus atmosphere and distracting the team from their work (remember all the Eagles interviews during the TO grand farce?) just so MB could cut him a check for $250G as a "thank you"?There are clearly jobs where you have to endure more for $250,000 (like working my first HS teaching job for a DECADE!!!)
