Cornerback Deltha O’Neal is active, but Johnathan Joseph got the start at cornerback. Can't say I disagree with the strategy... because everyone knows getting pressure on Manning is the way to beat the Colts. Apparently they are putting a good deal of stock in Levi's health. If Ghiaciuc goes down, Whitworth and Steiny will most likely move over a spot, and Levi will enter.
