duus Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 Once again I ask the question ... why not keep throwing against this defense? They dare you to throw to set up the run. And no one does it. I can list a handful of teams in the past that pass on first down against this and all have been successful. Keep throwing with the crossing patterns 6-10 yards. Try one over the top here and there, and suddenly you can get those 12 yards runs that are so necessary. The Pats have figured that out but no one else is willing to do it. Look at those numbers. Once they decided to pass the ball, they moved it. Oh well. As long as they lose, I don't care if it's 1 point or 20 points. Hate 'em. jditty47 Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 daunte looks like s**t 50% of the time. even though phins are up 17-14 atm...ill be shocked if they hold on to win this one. their secondary is pretty bad when batch is having a field day. and their oline is pretty bad as well. their 2 weaknesses are really really bad.
