Guy-check should be okay as long as he performs like he did last year. You know, having depth on this team feels really good. I hate seeing the starters go out, of course, but unlike previous years the bottom doesn't immediately fall out of the team.

I happened to take a look at the picture of the Ben-gals for 2006 and I had to do a double take. There was a picture of a girl who was in my high school graduating class. In fact, she lived just down the street from me and we'd been in school together every since elementary school. It just freaked me out seeing a familiar face in an unexpected location. I thought that she'd given up on the cheerleading thing after high school, but I guess not.

Maybe it's because I'm a numbers guy, but I've always liked the CHFF statistics. The quality wins quotient doesn't usually begin to mean anything until week 4 or 5. It's actually only after week three that any team can claim a quality win, so right now they are meaningless, just like all the other statistics.
